Autobot Deaths
Brawn

Cause of death: Killed in the infamous Decepticons surprise attack on the Autobot shuttle. Shot by Starscream, using Megatron as his weapon, in the shoulder.

Prowl

Cause of death: Another victim of the attack on the shuttle headed for Earth. Shot by Starscream and the Constructicons.

Ironhide & Ratchet

Cause of death: The final two to be killed in the attack on the shuttle. Both shot in the chest, however Ironhide did not die immediately - he still tried to stop Megatron but was shot in the face for his efforts.

Optimus Prime

Cause of death: Killed after the battle with Megatron at Autobot City. Was winning the battle until Hot Rod tried to stop Megatron from getting the upperhand, but this back-fired and Prime paid the price.

Wheeljack

Cause of death: Killed in the battle with the Decepticons at Autobot City. Cause of death unkown, although it's quite plain that he was shot by someone...

Ultra Magnus

Cause of death: Stand off with Galvatron over the Matrix Of Leadership. Galvatron's Sweeps shot him as he tried to open the Matrix.

Unknown Autobot

Cause of death: Another victim of the attack on Autobot City.

Decpticon Deaths
Shrapnel

Cause of death: Damaged in the battle at Autobot City. Hot Rod & Kup ran into him knocking him off a door and he fell as the bridge had been retracted. Later thrown out of Astrotrain by Decepticons.

Kickback

Cause of death: Damaged when Kup crushed his head by driving over him in the battle at Autobot City. Later thrown out of Astrotrain by healthier Decepticons.

Bombshell

Cause of death: (In middle of picture) Damaged in the battle at Autobot city, ejected from Astrotrain by healthier Decepticons.

Thundercracker & Skywarp

Cause of death: Heavily damaged in the battle at Autobot City. Healthier decpticons threw them out of Astrotrain after he asked them to lose some weight.

Megatron

Cause of death: Damaged in the battle with Optimus Prime at Autobot City. Another victim of the vote by the Decepticons to lose their damaged comrades.

Starscream

Cause of death: Killed by Galvatron just after his corination as Decepticon leader

Shockwave

Cause of death: Was never seen again after Unicron's attack on Cybertron. Assumed dead.

Dirge & Ramjet

Cause of death: Flew into Unicrons mouth in an attempt to stop him then eaten by Unicron. However, they were both used in the series after their deaths...

Misc. Decepticons

Cause of death: Unicron's attack on Cybertron.

Other Deaths
Unicron

Cause of Death: Rodimus Prime used the Matrix Of Leadership inside Unicron - deatroying him in a stylish fashion.

Kranix

Cause of death: Killed by Quintessons. The Quintessons fed him to the Sharktictons after giving him the verdict of "innocent"

Cause of death: Killed by Quintessons. Also innocent...

Unknown

Cause of death: Killed inside Unicron by being dropped into a vat of acid - a part of Unicron's digestive system.

Maximal Deaths
Dinobot

Cause of death: Killed by Megatron in a battle over the Golden Disc. Dinobot 2 was killed when a shuttle carrying him, Optimus Primal and Megatron crashed.

Rhinox

Cause of death: Killed by Megatron upon return to Cybertron.

Depth Charge

Cause of death: Spark liberated by Megatron.

Tigahawk

Cause of death: Killed by Megatron by fireing on him with the Nemesis

Predacon Deaths
Waspinator

Cause of death: Megatron "liberated" his spark after escaping from Earth and returning to Cybertron.

Tarrantulas

Cause of death: Shot by Airrazor and Tigatron

Scorponok

Cause of death: Knocked into a pit of lava

Terrorsaur

Cause of death: Killed by transmetal energy hitting his ship, causing him to fall into a pit of lava

Inferno

Cause of death: Killed by Megatron during his attack on a human village in the Nemesis

Quickstrike

Cause of death: Killed by Megatron during his attack on a human village

Rampage

Cause of death: Stabbed by Depth Charge

Vehicon Deaths
Jetstorm

Cause of Death: Jetstorm, chasing Black Arachnia underground, was caught in a web by the Maximal. He then fell into a pile of organic goo and mutated into Silverbolt, who's spark had taken over the body.

Tankorr

Cause of death: A shot of energy was released into the Matrix, in an attempt to turn Cybertron techo-organic. The attempt succeeds killing Tankorr in the process.

Megatron & Optimus Primal

Cause of death: As they fought over an opening in the ground which revealed Cybertron's organic core, Optimus sacrificed himself and jumped at Megatron. The two fell over the edge and fell into the planet's core.
